    It literally breaks my world apart to think of anyone hurting an older person. The cases I hear where it can happen most is with dementia. Alzheimer's residents, I think more regulations need to be in place where advanced training from the facility hands-on for at least two months before anyone should be able to deal with them one on one. Some people are not suited to deal with these people.
